In 2024, he joined Ignition Dealer Services, focusing on profit participation and delivering tailored solutions in partnership with insurers and reinsurance firms. A Kent State University graduate, Steven brings extensive knowledge to his role. He enjoys family time with his wife and three children.

Haider Alnakash is an experienced automotive professional with over two decades in the industry. Since entering the automobile business in 2002, he has built extensive knowledge in vehicle sales, auctions, and dealership operations. Since 2012, he has worked closely with dealerships and auction operations, helping businesses streamline processes and maximize vehicle sales. Throughout his career, Haider has collaborated with salvage yards, tow truck providers, dealerships, and recyclers, assisting them in selling vehicles efficiently and creating profitable opportunities. His ability to build strong relationships and understand the needs of his partners has made him a trusted resource in the automotive industry. Haider is fluent in Arabic, allowing him to connect with a diverse customer base and build meaningful relationships across different communities. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and is a passionate supporter of Detroit sports teams, always following the latest updates from city’s teams.

In the world of automotive retail, Andrew knows there is no substitute for having "sat in the seat." With a career spanning sales, finance, and business development—including the grit required to run his own automotive business—Andrew brings a 360-degree perspective to his role as a Sales Account Executive with Ignition Dealer Services. He focuses on a refreshingly simple mission: building real relationships that help dealerships boost revenue and create more transparent, valuable experiences for their customers. When he isn’t partnering with dealers to fine-tune their operations, Andrew is leaning into his most important role as a father of three, spending his time at sporting events, coaching, or occasionally hopping on a skateboard to stay agile both in life and in business.

Chris began his dealership career as a porter and worked his way up to sales manager, gaining more than 15 years of hands-on experience along the way. Throughout his career, he built a reputation for strong customer relationships, positive customer experiences, and repeat business, while also leading sales teams that produced results in a fun, professional environment. Chris is genuine, laid-back, and easy to work with. He adapts well to different people and situations and believes trust is the foundation of any strong relationship. Outside of work, he enjoys music production, video games, traveling, and learning something new.
